Road to Worlds starts in Copenhagen!
The Rocket League Championship Series is back with the RLCS Major 1. The best Rocket League esports teams will gather in Copenhagen to compete for this event. Here’s all you need to know about the RLCS 2024 Major including the format, participating teams, live stream, and scores.

When is the RLCS Major 1?
The RLCS Major 1 kicks off on March 28 and will continue for four days ending on the 31st of the month. The tournament has a prize pool of $255,000 and will take place at the K.B. Hallen Arena in Copenhagen.
Which teams are taking part in the tournament?
There are a total of sixteen teams that will take part in the RLCS Major 1. The teams qualify for the Major via regional rankings. Here’s the list (regularly updated) of all teams in the RLCS Major 1.
What is the RLCS Major format?
The tournament has two stages - the Swiss Stage and then the playoffs. The Swiss Stage which features all 16 teams begins on March 28 and continues for three days.
All matches are best-of-five series in this format and only 50% of the teams advance to the next stage. Only eight teams will qualify for the playoffs.
The Playoffs kick off on August 22, 2025 and feature a single-elimination bracket. All playoff matches are best-of-seven series. The RLCS Major 1 will have a live audience on the final two days of the event.
