The recent HoK adjustments targeted five heroes and one item in the first half of October.
Honor of Kings (HoK) implemented its latest hero adjustments on Oct. 17, focusing on five heroes and one item that requires buffs for improved balance. Notably, all five heroes on the list currently have a win rate below 50%, highlighting the need for these improvements.

This update primarily targets the Clash Lane, with buffs applied to Arthur, Biron, and the tank item Dragon’s Rage. Additionally, Kongming, Liu Shan, and Wukong have also received enhancements.

Biron (buffed)
His shield and healing effects will be weaker in the early game, but will scale significantly with defensive items, making him formidable in the late game.
Shield Effect:
Kongming (buffed)
Kongming’s Skill 1 now deals higher damage, while the charge time for Skill 2 has been slightly reduced, increasing his overall flexibility since early game.
Stock Time:
Wukong (buffed)
The monkey receives slight improvements to both his attack and defense, making him tankier and deadlier in combat.
Cooldown:
Liu Shan (buffed)
The shield from Liu Shan’s Skill 1 is now weaker in the early game, but scales significantly with more defensive items, making him more durable as the game progresses.
Shield Granted:
Arthur (buffed)
Arthur’s Skill 1 has been strengthened in the early game, making it easier for him to duel against enemy Clash laners.
Enhanced Basic Attack Damage
Dragon’s Rage (Buffed)
Dragon’s Rage’s passive now applies to structures, allowing the user’s basic attacks to deal extra damage to them, making it a valuable asset for pushing objectives.
Passive: Divine Power
The game usually brings hero adjustment twice a month, with the next adjustment scheduled for Oct. 31.
