New LoL Esports HUD for FST 2025
For as long as there has been competitive League of Legends, the broadcast HUD has always depended on the in-game spectate layout. Sure, some creativity was occasionally injected into the setup, especially for big events like Worlds, but it has stayed largely the same.
The new Heads-Up Display will change what the game broadcast looks like to viewers. According to LoL Esports staff, they designed the new HUD to “modernize our presentation and lay the foundation for future innovations. This update allows us to push the boundaries of game augmentation, collaboration, and sustainability while improving the overall experience for both dedicated fans and new audiences.”

They revealed two mockups of the new HUD - one for general gameplay and another for teamfights.
