The Employee Fortnite skin is now available in the Fortnite Item Shop. You can find and purchase it by navigating to the third page, which contains a Bundle, Outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, and Emote. Unless a generous friend gifts you the items, you can only purchase them using Fortnite’s in-game currency, also known as V-Bucks.
