On Sunday, the formerCounting Onstar — who justwelcomed her fifth childwith husbandBen Seewald— posted aYouTube videorevealing her son’s name, George Augustine. The video also documented the adorable moment her other four children found out about their newest sibling’s sex and name.
When her daughtersIvy, 4, andFern, 2, and sonsHenry, 6, andSpurgeon, 9, arrived and gathered around their mom’s hospital bed, they learned they had a new brother.
“They were all hoping for a boy!” Jessa revealed in a text caption over the clip.
She also shared in the video that she and Ben, 28, had yet to settle on a name but had a “top contender.”
“We’re thinking about naming him George,” Ben said in the clip, prompting his mother — who was with the family at the hospital — to exclaim, “Oh, I was just about to read the childrenSaint George and the Dragon. [It’s all about] courage and bravery.”
The video also captured footage of Jessa and Ben bringing George home from the hospital, as well as all of the sweet family bonding that ensued.
Fern, in particular, seemed completely enamored with her new brother, planting lots of kisses on his head as she cuddled up next to him on the couch.

She also revealed more details about George’s birth in avideoon her YouTube channel, including the fact that her delivery experience had a few complications.
After 21 hours of labor, George finally made his arrival. Both Jessa and her husband were overcome with emotion when they saw their son for the first time.
