The Fortunate Star is available as part of theSolstice eventinDestiny 2. For 2024, this event runs from August 6 until August 27, letting you partake in the event and score a bunch of the new weapons. One such weapon is the Fortunate Star. If you want to farm it directly, your best bet is to run theBonfire Bash event in the EAZ. Eventually, you should see it drop.
Alongside Bonfire Bash, the bow is also available fromSolstice packages. These are earned when completing Solstice Bounties, which can be acquired from Eva Levante in the Tower.
