The live stream introduced the new characters Feixiao, Lingsha, and Moze. The voice actors for these characters: Anairis Quinones as Feixiao and Whitney Holland as Lingsha, are both expected to make appearances throughout the stream. Ben Balmaceda has been cast as Mozefollowing the controversypertaining to the previous actor, Chris Niosi.
Honkai Star Rail is recasting several roles amidst controversy.

Feixiao
Feixiao is a 5-star Wind Hunt character designed to deal single-target damage. She has a stacking mechanic that causes her Ultimate to deal more damage. Feixiao can also ignore weakness type and buff her own Weakness Break Efficiency.
