Developer Techland showcased more gameplay ofDying Light 2today during apreviously teased livestream, featuring some hints of story and a whole lot of gameplay. The sequel will keep the first game’s use of parkour for traversal, utilizing even more verticality in a city that builds up over the dangerous streets.
The firstDying Lightalso had this interesting mix of zombies andMirror’s Edge, though this new game seems to be taking things even further with more parkour options and tools like the glider that appeared ina previous gameplay preview. Dying Light 2 Stay Humanwill be coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on Dec. 7 in three retail editions—a standard, deluxe, and Collector’s Edition.
