Does Dota 2 need a good PC to run?
The short answer, by modern standards, no. Virtually any off the shelf PC with a bit of RAM and a basic processor should be able to run Dota 2. Honestly, we’ve even seen machines lower than the minimum specs run the game.
Can my PC handle Dota 2?
Generally this can be answered with a few questions:

Does Dota 2 need a graphics card?
Short answer: Technically no! Processors with integrated graphics are more than enough to handle Dota 2. If you’ve got anything from an AMD Athlon 300G or a Intel Core i5 with integrated graphics, we’d say take a chance.
What’s a good framerate or FPS in Dota 2?
Generally, 60 FPS (frames per second) is considered the baseline for good in Dota 2. You may see it dip during team fights, but if you’re averaging 60, then you’re doing well. That said, some players swear by 120 FPS, and we can’t fault them for that. Honestly, you can probably play good Dota at 30 FPS, and might be doing just that depending on your ping.
