The Nipponese fellowship NTT Data has harbinger that it’sbuying Dell ’s IT consultancywing for over $ 3 billion . The sale will serve fund Dell ’s takeover of EMC .
Late last year , Dell announce that it was totake over EMC — which specializes in cloud services and digital memory — for $ 67 billion , in what was advert to as the “ enceinte deal in technical school . ” But so big was the hand that Dell has since been reckon to sell off some character of its existing business .
Now it ’s selling its consultancy division to NTT Data , which is said to be a move on the Japanese firm ’s part to go against into the US market . Dell purchase the consultancy business firm , which was formerly called Perot Systems after its founder Ross Perot , in 2009 for $ 3.9 billion — but it ’s also shifted piece of the stage business to and fro , so the cut-rate sale note value ca n’t really be compare to the original leverage monetary value .
