Recruiting is always one of the most fun parts of Dynasty mode.
In College Football 25 Dynasty mode, recruiting is everything. It is the foundation for how your program will build into the future and will determine so much about the makeup of your team. So, here’s our full guide to everything you need to know about recruiting in College Football 25 Dynasty mode.

Pipelines and iconic recruiting hotspots
According to thedevelopers, there will be more than 3,500 recruits from around the country each offseason, and in College Football 25 Dynasty mode, there will be a lot that goes into finding the best recruits. Having strategic pipelines is going to matter, as some states will produce more and better talent than others, and some spots known for iconic types of players in the real world will also be reflected in the game.
For example, Southern California is known for producing great quarterback talent, while East Texas consistently produces some of the best wide receivers in the country. However, we didn’t stop there. We wanted to go deeper to ensure we were capturing the authenticity of high school talent. Yes, East Texas is known for producing great receivers, but more specifically, they are known for how big and physical their receivers are. As a result, you are going to see bigger and more physical receivers coming out of East Texas, whereas South Florida is going to produce incredibly fast deep threat receivers who have a smaller size.

Pipelines will give you the most ideal selections for players to go after, so now it’s time to learn more about the new three-step process that begins with Discovery.

Once you have a recruit that has stuck around for a while and solidified you as a top-five option for them, you may begin formally pitching them. This starts with either a Soft Sell or Hard Sell, then moves on to choosing one of 20 pitches, which will depend on your school and what the recruit is interested in.

College Football 25 Dynasty recruiting stage three: Close
Once you are in the final throes of recruiting, you will schedule a visit with a player. In College Football 25 Dynasty mode, this is more complex than previous games, as you may pair recruits together for visits for added benefits, and some recruiting week wins will matter more than others.
On each visit, you’ll also be able to choose what activities players do while on campus. According to the developers, “There are 14 activities a recruit can do during a visit and each activity maps to a prospect motivation. Similar to pitches, the alignment of the recruit’s interest level in that activity and your My School grade will determine how much the recruit enjoys the activity.”
