One of the keys to building any successful Dynasty in College Football 25 is landing a difference-making recruit. But trying to sort through everything can be tough, and it’s hard to know what players will actually make a difference on your team.

The best stats for any recruit will, at some level, depend on their position. You don’t need a DT with Throw Power, but you do need a QB with it, for example. Overall, there are some key stats to look at for certain positions that will ensure you have some solid recruits coming onto your roster.
