My family used to go on these time - share seminar thing so we could get free “ portable television ” or liberal “ portable flick viewer ” which were these vast boxes with a cheapo black and white CRT or screen that could get like UHF or play back Super 8 film . We ’d have to sit through 8 hours of boring presentations and my parent would tell us to come out acting up so we could leave . Ahh , shill for primitive electronics .
Anyway , this seems like the next generation of those very portable devices . This one plays CDs , DVD , and VCDs and has a television receiver and radio radio set built - in . Nice LCD blind , as well . No word on availablity , but bear it in buy store very soon . They ca n’t keep this kind of matter under wraps for very long .
